Featured Stamper Mercy +2

Hello everyone, sorry for no post yesterday just plain busy. I checked out the featured stampers challenge today after we got home from church and saw that is was Mercy and I just had to do it, Mercy has an awesome gallery of beautiful work. I picked this card of hers to case. I bought Trendy Trees when it came out and this is the first card I have completed with it as I can't stand working with it, it is just hard for me, don't get me wrong I love the set but just can't work with it. I changed the paper- Mercy had beautiful paper but I wanted to make this card so it could be sent to a man if need be. I made my trees all the same color and put the sentiment at the bottom instead of the top, left off the ribbon and brads. Make sure you check out Mercy's gallery-she ROCKS!


This next card I made for the Sweet Stops challenge. I was lucky enough to win a stamp set from doing the challenge last week. I used this cute image from High Hopes and some K& CO. paper. The sentiment is from Papertrey Ink.

Finally another card using my Coastal Wishes set from Our Craft Lounge. I need man cards and I think this works. Do you think this is to plain?

I hope you are having a great weekend, it is raining here right now but hopefully it will pass and DH and I are going to go check out a local park.
