For today's challenge over at SAS -The Fresh Batch, I love this Penny Black Cow stamp that I just got in the mail last week. I used Stampin' Up! card stock, the designer paper came free with my order so I do not know who it is by. I stamped the image twice and cut out the balloons and popped them up on foam tape. I hope to get another card done today but not going to promise, seems my flower gardens are taking up a bit of my time, who knew they were so much work?
