Happy Thursday everyone! A short post today, this is for Cute Card Thursday's Challenge today to make a card with a tag on it. I pulled out one of my all time favorite stamps from Penny Black, "Message from Above", some SU' card stock, Prism card stock and some Designer paper from MME.
I colored with pencils and blended with oms and stumps.
