Isn't she sweet? She is from Baby Bud Designs and you can find her here. I just love these little "buds" they are all so sweet and you can make a card for almost any occasion with them, this is just a little note card that I like to have on hand, I think it would make a great birthday card, get well card, thinking of you card etc.
