This week at Sweet 'n Sassy Digi Challenges we want to see a HAT in your project. I am using this cute image called Let's go fishing puppy from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps. I colored with copics and the paper is from The Paper Studios. You do not have to use a SNS stamp but you do need to use a digi.

Sweet doggie image and of course as always great DP...I actually have that paper this time...HAHA Question: how did you do those rings(for lack of other words) on the corners of the image? Very interesting...like the technique.
