Hello all, it's oldie but goodie day at Catch-The-Bug and I thought I would pull Poppi Penguin out, he of course can be found at Bug-A-Boo Stamps.What a fitting image for all this hot weather we have been having. I colored with copics and the paper is from My Minds Eye. I did this for the challenge at Everybody Art Challenge blog-Summer.
