Halloween Birthday

I made this for this weeks challenge at the There She Goes Challenge blog to decorate the inside of your card.  I almost always do the inside of my cards.  I am using the new set No Tricks Only Treats on the cover I love this stamp set.  The inside is decorated with stamps from a company that is no longer in business.  I colored with copics and the paper is from My Minds Eye.
