Hello Pension!

Another card using Walter floats, I love this little guy- he really does need to remember his sun screen though.  I saw this adorable card by Estella and I just had to case the idea.  I also used the smiling sun and added some clouds in the background. All stamps can be found at Eat Cake Graphics!
