Lets See Those Textures!

It's time for a new Challenge at Riley and Co.  Kelly has challenged us to use textures this time around, ribbon, fabric, burlap etc.  I am using Smiley face balloon, colored with copics and the paper is from The Paper Studio.  I added some tulle and my flowers are made out of felt.
