Celebrate

Made this for the sketch challenge over at SCS.  I used this sweet image from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps from the set called LOL Cats,  I just love this set- so many images and sentiments.I colored with copics and the paper is from umm, not sure... lost the cover to the pad of paper.
