Best Fishes

Howdy everyone!  Happy Wednesday to you... halfway thru another week! We can do it!  I made this card for the challenge over at SCS using Birthday Pals from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps.   I stamped on watercolor paper and used watercolor markers and a brush to color in.  The background paper is from Echo Park!
