Humor Me Wednesday...

Hello friends, it's humor me Wednesday at Catch The Bug.  Well, May 20th was be a millionaire day, so I chose Stella for this special occasion. This is Stella Red Hat Dealer, and can't you just hear her saying that sentiment? LOL!  I colored with copics and the paper is from My Minds Eye.
