It's new release time at Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps and today I am playing with our free set called Rose Banner. Yes, you heard me right this is April's free with $75 purchase stamp set. Isn't it beautiful? I used distress oxide inks for the background and then then stamped and heat embossed the rose.
