Birthday Hugs Enclosed

It's anything goes time at Catch The Bug.  Today I am using Birthday Penguin Cupcake, I colored with copics, added some stickles to the frosting and the paper is from Pink Paislee. Play along for your chance at 4,7, or 10 Digi Images from Bug-A-Boo Stamps.
