Fish You were Here

Oh my goodness, having so much fun playing with the new set from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps illustrated by Jennifer Nilsson called Fin-tastic Friends.  I colored the back ground with copics and then I did the smooshing technique with oxide inks on top of that.  I added some sequins for dimension.
